A FEW RULES:

1. First and foremost, all participants in the video must be at least 18 years of age.

2. If we decide to use you in a video, all models must be willing and able to provide 2 forms of ID at the time of filming. At least one of these forms of ID must be government issued and contain a photo. Examples are a driver's license or passport.

3. Please make sure your pics are recent, clear, and accurately reflect your current look.

4. Please send photo's & video clips as an attachment to models@trentfosters.com.

5. Your information (including any photos and/or videos) will not be published in any way! We are only looking for prospective models at this point and will not use your photos and/or videos until we have a signed agreement between all interested parties. All of your information will remain completely private and confidential.
